Completion

Landing building B opened up on 9/12. 

The landscaping for the project is complete. 

Update

The 2nd floor is drywalled. We will be prepping for paint next week. 

First floor mechanicals are roughed in and we are insulating.  

The exterior is a little over 50% complete.

The parking lot is going in.

Update

The parking lot is graded out and will be ready for asphalt Tuesday weather permitting. 

The 33 unit is nearly complete and we will be putting the final touches on next week. 

The 28 unit is dried in and rough mechanicals are well under way. We will be ready for insulation late next week.

The curbs were poured yesterday. Tomorrow and Thursday the lot will be graded out for asphalt on Friday. 

The Landing - Update

The exterior is coming along well. Most of the masonry is complete and the siding is off to a good start. 

The 3rd floor - most of the solid surface is installed and kitchen and bath cabinets are being installed. 

The 28 unit - trusses are set and 35% of the roof is sheathed. We will begin shingling the roof early next week. 

May Update

The 33 unit building - 3rd floor drywall is hung. 2nd floor is insulated and we will start hanging drywall on Monday. 1st floor mechanicals are complete and we will start insulating on Monday. A majority of the brick is installed on the exterior and late next week we will begin the siding. 

The 28 unit building - we have completed the underground plumbing. We will finish up the underground electric Monday and then start we will start pouring the concrete. The 2nd floors exterior walls are up and we are up and working on interior walls. 

Landing B

The 2nd building is getting the 2nd-floor floor trusses set.

The electric and HVAC is complete on the 3rd floor of building A. We will start insulating the 3rd floor on Friday and then begin drywall mid next week. The 2nd floor electric is comets and we will be wrapping up the HVAC on Saturday. 

Exterior

Most of the windows and patio doors are installed. The masons are starting to get the brick installed. 

Roof trusses

Most of the roof trusses have been set. They will be wrapped up soon and we will begin sheathing the roof Friday. 

3rd floor framing complete

The 3rd floor framing is complete. Monday we will be bracing the walls. Tuesday and Wednesday the roof trusses will be set. 

Building A - 3rd floor

Nearly all of the 3rd floor exterior walls are set. Building interior walls and prepping for roof trusses. 

Third floor

The 3rd floor exterior walls are going up in preparation for roof trusses being delivered later this week. 

The Landing - Update

Building A - the 3rd floor deck is going on and soon exterior walls will start to be set.

Building B - the pre-cast is set and just needs to be grouted - the we will start snapping lines and framing walls.
